Common Questions

Do I need a credit card?

Nope! If you use USPS®, you only need a credit card to purchase postage through our certified partner, Endicia®, but we will not charge you a dime. We'll only charge you if you decide to upgrade to a paid subscription.

What marketplaces do you support?

CleverShip is designed for Amazon merchants.

What counts as a shipment?

Each generated shipping label counts as one shipment. Re-printing an old shipping label is not counted as an additional shipment.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts.

What type of support do you offer?
